• Coconut Garlic Chutney Powder:
  Method: coconut garlic chutney powder is used traditionally as hot chutney for Patatavada, pav vada, sandwiches and other snacks. it can be mixed with curds for making garlic raita.
  Ingredients: dry coconut, garlic, red chillies, salt, mango powder, cumin, edible oil. $3.90 per 100grams

• Anardana Powder:
  top grade hand picked pomegranate grounded in strict hygienic conditions. Mangle Anardana powder makes your dishes delicious.
  Ingredients: pomegranate seeds. $3.90 per 100grams

• Fish Masala
  Required: cleaned & sliced fish 500 gm, coconut 100 gm, tamarind paste 10 gm, oil 25 gm, sliced onions 100 gm
  Method: heat oil, fry onions till light brown. add 4 tbsp of Mangal fish masala with water, add coconut, tamarind paste, fish and salt to taste. simmer till fish is cooked and bring to boil add fresh coriander leaves and serve.
  Ingredients: turmeric, coriander, pepper, ginger, garlic, cumin, red chillies, salt. $3.90 per 100grams

• Rajmah Masala:
  Required: red kidney beans 200 grams, oil/ghee 4tbs, Mangel Rajmah Masala 4 tbs, medium size onions 2 - chopped.
  Method: soak red kidney beans overnight , cook & keep then aside. heat ghee/oil in a deep pan. fry onions until they turn light brown, add Mangel Rajmah Masala and salt to taste. add cooked kidney beans and simmer for a few minutes. serve hot with freshly chopped coriander leaves, tomato & lemon slices.
  Ingredients: coriander, cumin, red chillies, fenugreek, ginger, nutmeg, musk, melon, caraway, mace, mustard, pomegranate seeds , mango powder, cardamom, pepper, cinnamon, cloves.

• Roghan Josh Masala
  Required: meat 1 Kg, ghee 200 gm, curd 150 gm, Mangal Roghan Josh masala 1 tbsp.
  Method: heat the ghee in a pan and fry the masala. add the cleaned meat, keep stirring until a rich Color is obtained. when the mixture sticks to the pan add curd and cook till the meat turns tender.
  Ingredients: kashmiri chilly powder, coriander, cumin, poppy seeds, shah jeera, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, asafoetida & salt. $3.90 per 100grams

• Subji Masala:
  Required: potatoes 100 gm, French beans 50 gm, cauliflower 100 gm, carrots 50 gm, green peas 100 gm, onions 50 gm, Mangal Subji masala 4 tbsp.
  Method: clean & cut all the vegetables into small pieces, heat oil and add finely chopped onions. add 4 tbsp of Mangal Subji Masala with enough water and salt to taste. cover & cook on a low flame. serve garnishing Subji with fresh coriander leaves. $3.90 per 100grams

• Biryani Masala
  
  Required: Basumati Rice 300 gm, Boiled ppotatoes 100 gm, chopped carrots
  100 gm, boiled peas 100 gm, chopped tomatoes 50 gm, chopped onions 50
  gm, roasted cashew nuts 25 gm, ghee 100 gm, yogurt 100 gm. $4.50 per Pack

• Method: boil rice with salt to taste. heat ghee and add all the vegetables, cook till vegetables are tender. add 25 gm of Mangal Biryani masala, add salt to taste. mix the vegetables with boiled rice and yogurt. serve steaming hot garnished with roasted cashew & saffron. for chicken/meat Biryani add 500 gm of chicken /fish/meat in place of the vegetables. Ingredients:
  coriander, turmeric, cumin, pepper, cloves, cinnamon, green Elaichi, shajeera ,red chillies, bay leaves & salt.

  Required: potatoes 500 gm, cauliflower 100 gm, capsicum 50 gm, tomato 100 gm, green peas 100 gm, onion 50 gm - chopped, garlic paste 2 tbsp, ginger paste 1 tbsp, chilly powder 1 tbsp for extra spicy pav Bhaji. $4.50 per Pack

  boil all the vegetables, heat butter on a pan, and mash all the boiled vegetables. add onions, capsicum. ginger and garlic paste. sauté for a
  few minutes and add 4 tbsp of Mangal pav Bhaji Masala with a little water and mash the vegetables. serve hot garnished with freshly chopped coriander leaves and buttered bread rolls.
